Job Requirements

• Mininimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with prove record of managing team and project management
• Strong innitiative and driven for improvement. Ability to identify on 'what could be improved' in the regular process.
• Able to execute the strategy and deliver the real-impact to the organization
• Technical skill required: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and any other Office automation tools.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Actively gains feedback from customers and employees through surveys and focus groups and analyzes the input to identify customer needs and opportunities to drive improvements.
• They will prioritize, plan, and deliver initiatives seeking regular feedback from customers on their suitability and the user experience.
• They will ensure that solutions are tested, are simple and easy to use and that activities are carried out to prepare for a successful implementation.
• They will collaborate to identify the KPIs to measure the outcome of solutions and will engage in change management activities to ensure that solutions are adopted and deliver the required outcomes.
• They will lead the operations of implemented tools and solutions, producing reports to measure customer experience, solution outcomes and organizational health and take remedial actions if expected outcomes are not achieved.
